Based on this, we will define the structure and priorities of our collaboration.

Phase 2: Methodological and language preparation

• explanations of individual topics,

• transitions between blocks,

• participant questions and interaction,

• and language that matches your target audience.

The focus is on helping you sound natural and authentic, not scripted.

Phase 3: Facilitation drills in English

During practical sessions, we will practise:

• leading individual blocks,

• explaining complex ideas,

• responding to participant questions,

• handling spontaneous situations during training,

• and presenting yourself professionally in English.

You will receive ongoing feedback and concrete recommendations for improvement.

Phase 4: Final refinement and preparation for the live training

Before your actual training session, we will go through:

• the overall flow of the program,

• critical moments,

• language uncertainties,

• and the final refinement of your delivery style.

The goal is for you to enter your training with greater confidence, clarity, and readiness.
