We’ll identify what you specifically need and what your goals are.

After that, we’ll arrange:

4–8 individual consultations, during which—depending on your needs—we’ll focus on:

• creating courses, programs, workshops, or trainings

• or improving and updating the training you already have

Price:

• in Slovak: 60 min / 105 EUR

• in English: 60 min / 165 EUR

These consultations are ideal for you if you need to create a shorter training format or fine-tune a course you’ve already started.

1:1 Mentoring Program

Gain a professionally built course and confidence in delivering it—from the initial idea all the way to successfully training your participants.

Phase 1: Initial Assessment

We’ll look at your topics, identify your strengths, clarify what matters to you, and evaluate your facilitation skills and experience.

Phase 2: Goal, Format & Structure

We’ll define a clear goal, choose the right format, and create the structure of your educational program.

Phase 3: Program Development & Facilitation Skills

Using concrete examples from your field, we’ll build each module and strengthen your training skills.

Phase 4 (Follow-up): Observation and/or Mentoring

I’ll support you even when you go live:
I’ll attend your first session with participants, observe your delivery, and then provide a written analysis, feedback, and suggestions for improvement.

Price: 1450 EUR

This program is ideal for you if you haven’t yet built your own course or program.

Observation and course analysis

1. Needs Analysis – 30-minute introductory session (free)

Together, we’ll clarify your goals, expectations, and needs.

2. Initial Consultation – 120 minutes

I’ll thoroughly analyze your training, identify strengths and weaknesses, and set clear objectives.

3. Observation During the Entire Training

I’ll attend your training, observing how you work with group dynamics, how clear your delivery is, and where you may be losing the audience.

4. Final Consultation to Improve Specific Parts or the Overall Training

Price: 800–1000 EUR, depending on the length of the training.

This type of cooperation is ideal for you if you already have your own courses and want to improve them—or simply ensure that you’re delivering them effectively.

Mentoring

1. Needs Analysis – 30-minute introductory session (free)

We’ll clarify your goals, topic, and desired outcomes.

Mentoring 1–2 times per month

Together, we’ll analyze the training situations you encounter.
You’ll receive suggestions for improvement and guidance on working with challenging participants.
We’ll also work on your mindset and your approach to preparation.

Price:

In Slovak:

• 120 EUR (1× per month)

• 230 EUR (2× per month)

In English:

• 165 EUR (1× per month)

• 315 EUR (2× per month)

This type of collaboration is ideal for you if you’re a more experienced trainer who is already actively delivering trainings.

Workshop Creation + Practice in Front of a Live Audience

1. Needs Analysis – 30-minute introductory session (free)
We’ll clarify your goals and needs together.

2. Initial Consultation – 120–180 minutes
I’ll thoroughly analyze your training.
We’ll identify your strengths and weaknesses, and clarify the goals and expectations of both you as the trainer and your target audience.

3. Workshop Development – 180 minutes
We’ll define and sequence the subtopics and build each module.
You’ll get a structure that keeps you on track toward your goal.

4. Presentation – 60–120 minutes
You’ll present individual parts of the training to me.
You’ll receive feedback and guidance on what to simplify, what to add, and what to reduce.

5. Workshop Simulation with a Real Audience
You’ll deliver the entire workshop in front of an actual audience.
You’ll receive feedback from the participants as well as from me to ensure the final result is as strong as possible.

Price: 1300–1600 EUR

The final price depends on the length of the workshop and will be determined after the initial needs analysis.

This type of collaboration is ideal for you if you haven’t delivered training before or if you don’t feel confident working with a group.

Training and Trainer Preparation in English

I’ll thoroughly analyze your training.
We’ll identify your strengths and weaknesses and clarify the goals and expectations of both you as the trainer and your target audience.

4. Training Development – 120–180 minutes
I’ll help you with both the content and the language side.

5. Practice & Presentation – 180 minutes
We’ll rehearse your delivery so you feel confident.
You’ll receive specific, actionable feedback.

Price: 1000–1500 EUR
The final price depends on the length of the preparation and will be determined after the initial needs analysis.
